ISP cheating me

Hi,

I think my ISP is cheating me. upset.gif Im supposed to get atleast 40 Kbps but I feel that I barely get 22 kbps ! Is there any tool, desktop or web based, that will test my bandwidth??

go to tigerdirect and just look for an ethernet card that is faster than 10mbps ...they're pretty cheap now adays..
