As always, I appreciate your help, in advance.
I'm getting a runtime error on one site.
www.wpgb.com/main.html
The error is:
Microsoft Visual C++ Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE

I haven't noticed anything peculiar elsewhere. Except in shutting down "IEXPLORE.EXE" sometimes has to be manually shut down from a program not responding message.

Don't know if this is related

Larry

Close IE.
Go Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools, and click on Internet Explorer (no add-ons). Same thing?

The page doesn't load completely using "Go Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools, and click on Internet Explorer (no add-ons)."
The option for the player isn't available.

In IE, go Tools>Internet options>Advanced tab, click 'Reset" button.
Restart computer.

Will Firefox connect?

Just to clarify. There is a warning to use that option only if the browser is in an unusable state.
I'm not doubting you so I hope I don't offend by asking.
In general, the browser works fine, just get the error on the one site.
If you still think I should do that, then I will

Edit.
Firefox is giving me a little problem with Active X but I don't get the same error

It's always good to ask...
This is what "Reset" does: http://blogs.msdn.com/ie/archive/2006/06/12/628499.aspx
No biggy.

Hmmm. Firefox is giving me this warning. Or the site is in Firefox
"We have detected your system is missing a plugin that is required by our player. Please download the appropriate plugin from the following link then try again. Click Here To Install Your ActiveX Plug-In
If installation fails, right click the Firefox desktop icon, select properties, click the Compatibility tab, and check "Run This program as administrator". Restart your browser and try again."
I'm in the process of updating FF. I have a bit of an older version

As I said, Firefox doesn't use ActiveX. Does the above site ask you, when opened in Firefox, to install ActiveX?

None of the fixes seemed to make a difference.
I know the site works because I listen to the stream at night while on my job.

Download, and install CCleaner: http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds. Get "Slim" version.
Read CCleaner instruction here: http://www.jahewi.nl/ccleaner/ccleaner.html, and run CCleaner.
