Is anyone familiar with a program named Smart Restart by Centurion Technologies? It looks to have some merits but I am always leary as to how bad a system hog it might be or other unforeseen aggrevations that it could create. If anyone has used the program I like to know what your impression is.

I was trying to find the post about this. I recently helped someone with it, but can't seem to locate it. In short, I don't recommend that you use it. As I recall there was an issue with "purchasing". It has a reputation of causing issues as well.
