Anyone know how to use Hijackthis?

Hello,
Im not very good at computers, and i was told i should do a computer scan using hijackthis. So i did it and scanned my computer...now im not sure what to do with it. i have the scan saved on notepad, But i could not tell you what it says or means. if anyone can help me out that would be great! thanks for your time!
