BIG problem with 8400 gs and windows 7

when installing windows 7 my monitor turns of but the installation is still running
bcz every time i try to operate windows the monitor blackout
i have gigabyte 945 s2l mother board
and the manufacturer of my graphics card is gigabyte also
i tried a lot of drivers .. for 7 and for vista .. but the same problem
i also updated my bios to the latest version
any help please?

Can you boot into Safe Mode?
Can you check your Device Manager to see if any devices aren't recognized or enabled?

yeah . i can boot in safe mode normaly
and all drivers in device manager is enabled

Try uninstalling the video drivers from Safe Mode. If that works, reboot to see if you can get into normal mode.
If you do, dismiss any Found New Hardware dialog - as that may just take you back to the black screen.

If that works, then you'll have to experiment with video drivers. I'd try the latest WHQL certified release from nVidia for Vista.

when i uninstall the driver in the safe mode and reboot
the black screen comes again as the windows installes the default driver of it
and the default driver also a problem

I would strongly suggest a bootable hard drive diagnostic to verify that there's not an issue with your hard drive.
After that, you'll have to look at restoring the registry to an earlier date (this is the most successful fix that I've found - but it's not 100%).

I wonder if replacing your motherboard drivers would help? I haven't tried this, but will give it a shot with the next system that's like this at work.
