I'm totally new to the whole nVidia graphics card, I just got a GeForce FX5200 card.
And have no idea what some of the options are in the preferences menu..

I am running a;

Pentium 4 2.80Ghz Proccessor
768Mbs of Ram
GeForce FX5200 Graphics card.

I was wondering what would be the best options to select and deselect in the preferences of the card.

I want to be able to run games rather well.
Such as Morrowind/Counter Strike Source, Half Life 2 and the like.
Around that league of games.

So if you know some about the card, could you please help me set my settings for it so my games don't lag a lot or skip or are just crummy?

Thanks in advance!

I would also like to know at what mhz should I set my screen refresh rate?

Thanks in advance once again.
