Hi

Should I have the "Blocking Option" "Startup Locked" ON/Off

When I have it on I get "Registry change Denied" in small windows down the right side of the desktop. When I uncheck the above then all seems OK. and nothing appears
I tried to uninstall 2programms but as I had the System startup locked they wouln't delete properly. I have now got rid of them, except they return to load at startup if I have the Start up lock enabled. Anyone any ideas.

Many thanks

Grandpa

( Hope this makes sense)
