Blank screen on startup

Hi
I,ve been messing about in the settings and bios ---now when I try to boot up I get a blank screen so cant reset to defaults ! any way to get the screen back ? pleeeease !

Take the side off the case, take the little round CMOS battery out, leave it for about ten minutes and plug it in again.
