Blue Screen when i Run Ad-aware or mcafee

OS: xp
Ran Ad-Aware SE which starts scan and about 5 minutes into it done this several times it freezes then goes to a Blue Screens (kernal_stack_inbase error something about drivers). I've seen a topic somewhere in this forum where somone else had this happen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

This happens when i Run Disk Defragmenter, Ad_aware SE and McAfee Virus Scan
