Blue and White screen errors, What do these mean?

I'm getting these two errors lately can someone tell me what they mean or where to find out?
Error: 0D:0177:000014AA and 0E:0028:FFFFFF00

Do you get those errors at any particular time (eg at boot up or shut down etc) or do they only appear when you run a certain application? (eg connecting to internet or running a game for instance)

Can you also tell us what your system specs are - cpu, ram, video etc?
