Blue screen after starting IE while AD-watch is running, System Vista Home Pr,+SP1

Please help me to deside the problem, when I'm trying to start IE while Ad-Watch program from Ad-Aware 2008 pro is running I have "blue screen" descriprion:

Intersting that if I have already opened IE and then start Ad-Watch I could change the addresses and surf Internet without problems, but If I would try to open new window with IE again blue screen. wacko.gif
