No offense but please dont reply if you dont know the answer. Please do not reply if you have something else to say(even if it is about me) Finally yes i can afford a cd but thats not the point. I want the knowledge of being able to do it without the cd+ I have finals this week no time to go out at all. |

No, you would have to burn it to the CD. The virual drive is only existant within Windows.

why are you trying to mount an ISO of xp pro? do you have the xp pro disk? where did you get XP from? where did you get the XP pro COA?

I had the cd and made the image. New computer ---> lost the cd (or cant find it) hence transfered backup image to use on new comp and there we go.
