I tried posting four or five days ago on another site, but I still haven't gotten help so I am at your mercy. I hope you guys can help.
It's getting ugly, and my laptop is slowly dying. Well, at least it's pretty darn slow. I have been able to block BraviaX.exe from accessing the internet, but it is still here are it brought a few friends. I am hesitant to do anything without expert guidance, but I am getting antsy. I need my laptop for work (and non-work!)... I have followed the instructions for pre-post stuff, and below is my HJT log. Others attached. NOTE: DSS stopped giving me extra.txt files after the first time I ran it on 3/8 so Iattached that file for good measure.

You are welcome.
=============== I will need to you show hidden files\folders so we can delete the leftover file. To Set:
Now: using Windows Explorer (to get there right-click your Start button and go to "Explore") Delete this folder listed below: C:\Documents and Settings\EGAT\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\6.0\12\4ef9724c-10dac186 ZIP Then close Windows Explorer. Then reset your Folders\files to hidden:
==================== Uninstall or delete anything we used Including C:\SDFix. Then empty your recycle bin. =========================================== After that Your log is clean. To find out more information about how you got infected in the first place and some great guidelines to follow to prevent future infections you can read this article by Tony Klein ->Here |
