C-Media Mixer Problem, Will not display mixer when selected

I have a minor problem which has arisen lately. On my taskbar I have icon for C-Media mixer, but when I clik on it it does not show the mixer console where you can select tools to control how many speakers that can be used along with other details, such as volume, wave, etc.

I guess that the simplest fix is to reinstall Audio driver.
