Hello snipengnome!

First off, please keep in mind that the tech pros on this board are volunteers who also have real lives. Posting stuff like "I HAVE BEEN WAITING ALMOST 24 HOURS FOR HELP.", especially in CAPS (considered in the Internet to be shouting), will not speed things up. Most likely the opposite will happen. Just some friendly advice....

There could be a slew of issues that are slowing your connection down, but verifying your machine is free of malware and virii is a great starting point.

Please read this post and the instructions contained within and go from there.

I'm sure it is, and if this were a "pay for support" type site, I'd prolly be ansty too, but it's not...

Also remember while waiting, Google is your friend!

Howdy:

Please go to the malware forum in my signature and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread
