CD Drive will not open

OS: Windows XP



so as the title says my cd drive will not open it currently has a disc inside and will run the disc if i click the drive in my computer but trying to eject it it makes the noise and does not open. it is a factory built computer so the cd door is a flip open

any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

The flip open drives have a little hole. Usually they are to the right of center.
I have an old drive that I am looking at. The hole is the size of a paper clip.
