Hi litos, and welcome to Geeks to Go! Let's see what we can do for you.
First, let's find out exactly what that blue screen is. Please turn on your computer and start tapping on the <F8> key, maybe once or twice a second. This will get you into the Advanced Boot Options Menu. Arrow down to Disable automatic restart on system failure and press Enter. The computer will continue to boot up, and should come up to a blue screen that will stay up. Please give us all of the information under TECHNICAL INFORMATION. Also, it looks like you have Windows XP installed, but the CD that you are using is Vista. Can you please clarify that for us? What operating system are you currently running, and do you have a CD for that operating system? |
