Hi - I hope someone will be able to help me!

I keep getting a warning pop-up in Yahoo mail that says:

The current webpage is trying to open a site in your Trusted Sites list. Do you want to allow this?

Current site: http://ad.yieldmanager.com
Trusted site: res://ieframe.dll

I currently have McAfee installed. I also ran Lavasoft Ad Aware SE Personal and Windows Defender (full scan) but it didn't help.

I tried reading the prior posts on this site but got confused rolleyes1.gif, so am hoping that someone would be kind enough to walk me through the removal process?

Thanks in advance for your help,
Georgina
