Can't run Windows on normal mode, Some kind of worm I think

Hi. I try to use some of the programs from tutorial guides, but noone of them can help me. Yesterday my PC starts slower, and I just make a scan with Avast AV. Avast found some Worms and I just deleted that worms. But after that I restart the PC, and now can't start Windows on normal mode. Just stops on welcome screen. I make a HJT log in safe mode:
