Cannot get Norton Anti-spam Add-in to work after error in Outlook

OS: XP
I am running XP SP2 and MS Outlook 2003 SP2. There was an error loading Norton Anti-Spam Add-in in Outlook.

Now when I restart Outlook I cannot sinclude the Add-in. Outlook allows me to select it to be added but nothing happens.

Any ideas how I can get it working again?
