OS: All Microsoft 95 through Vista & Servers

Background or staging:
Windows Server 2003, all service pack & patches are installed. (Dell hardware)
Office 2007 was installed and working.
Six month time passes.
Terminal services were installed and are working.
Office has stopped working because of terminal services.
The solution is to uninstall the Office product and reinstall it so that it will work with terminal services.
Problem:
Office will not uninstall.
When the CD is loaded so Offices can be uninstalled, it aborts with an unknown error.
When Control panel add/remove programs is used it aborts with an unknown error.
Any suggestions?

Ah the wonders of modern science...and then there was Micro$oft

Have a look here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928218

No guarantees it will solve your problem but worth a try

Naturally..as with most of their products almost ANYTHING can go wrong and sometimes does

Good Luck
