Heyah Fellow Geeks

I am currently and have been having problems updating my iTunes for a while now.
Whenever the software finds an update the program asks my permission to download and install the update.
Everything flows perfectly until i get to the point of installing the update, in which the installer, that installs the update for iTunes & QuickTime, asks for a file called QuickTime.msi
Consequently, i find this file and place its location in the "use source" blank and afterward i click on OK button. After clicking the OK button i get a message saying that basically its not the right .msi file, and i really cant find any other msi to do with QuickTime.
I have attached two photos showing the request for this msi file and the rejection of the file i indicated

I really hope somebody can help me with this problem, my lastest database of iTunes is "iTunes Version 8.0.2.20"

Thanks Alot
IaBi
