I ran CleanUp! last night to remove Panostandalone, and this morning I noticed my temp directory was empty. I back it up to a usb drive, and that also was empty. Can I recover the files? I am in panic mode!!!

The whole purpose of CleanUp is to delete temporary files and cookies. The files can not be recovered. Unless you had a backup of them before you ran CleanUp, they are most likely lost forever. You shouldn't save anything in the temp folder anyway...
