I am trying to clear out all files, programs, EVERYTHING on my old computer so i can sell it (i still have all the original discs to reinstall the programs). I tried DBAN several times, but it didn't work! Is there anything else i can do? Since a stranger will be getting the computer, i want to be absolutely sure that none of my files can be recovered. Thanks!!

oh, in case you need the info - it's an older Dell PC that operates on Windows 98 SE.
