This note along with the triangle/exclamation point icon is showing up more and more at the bottom of the screen when I click onto a page. I am also getting little white boxes with a blue strip at the top (they look like error reporting boxes) show up fleetingly at the bottom of the page. They are gone before I can click on them.
I am running windows XP with a 56K dial up connection to MSN and Norton 2006 virus protection on a 4 year old Dell desktop.
Service Pack II was installed and my computer automatically downloads MSN updates.

Any idea what's going on? confused1.gif

Thanks in advance!

When a page shows errors, can you click "refresh" and does that fix the page? I have a feeling this has something to do with your dial up connection...

Thanks Johanna,
these are not -page stopping- middle of the screen error boxes, just small fleeting white boxes with blue top stripes that show up on the start bar at the bottom of the screen and go away before I can get to them.
more annoying than anything but probABLY INDICATIVE OF A PROBLEM WHICH WILL ESCALATE.

And of course the now almost perennial triangle with the exclamation mark inside that says 'done but with errors on the page'

AGAIN
tHANK YOU

Do you use any type of ad blocking software?
