Good day forum members...

I bought an external I/OMagic DVD R/RW and connected it to my Dell computer. All worked well until today when I turned on the DVD player and put in a disc, a message came up saying a new USB device is not recognized. One of the USB devices has malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it. I retried connecting the USB cables in various USB ports, but still get the message. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!
