OS: windows vista

Here's the background of my story. I have a aspire 5315 {acer} with windows vista. I let my friend take it for a little to use.. once I got it back. the administrator account was deleted and there was only a guest user account I could go onto. After a while my friend told me he got a virus or something onto the labtop angry.gif and which everytime i try to delete it always comes back as something like {error loading C:\Windows\system32\vtUmlcDt.dll} - [The specified moduel could not be found] everytime i start it back up with two other errors saying {speech recongnition error} and { acer empowering Technology}.. So I dont know alot about this deep into computers on how to fix it or anything but i tryed Enable Vista's hidden administrator, typing net user administrator /active:yes but everytime i do it, It says system 5 error has occurred access is denied.. So deeper into more problems i have not is that alot of my programs says has a missing file or folder and can not run. ect i try system restore to as far as i can go but yet still the same. And everytime i try to access control panel it does this thing where the desktop goes black and restarts it self... upset.gif

So any tips, hints or what to buy or get online ect would help. surrender.gif
