No one seems to have tried to help you yet so I'll see if I can get you going in the right direction. Obviously you still have something unwanted on your system, the problem is to find where it is and remove it. If you haven't been the malware forum route you may want to go there now but there are a few things you can check on first.
You can try to locate some of the files listed on your computer, especially the ieframe.dll. Also you can look in msconfig to see if there is anything related to the problem running or running at startup. You can also disconnect from the web and refresh the page to see if it is being downloaded from the web or residing in your machine. One thing is the page and it's contents may be normal software on your machine but something unwanted may be invoking it. |

Right click on your Desktop>>Properties>>Desktop>>Customize Desktop>>>Web, remove any checks in boxes.
