Sorry for not knowing the virus that's causing the issue- I'm very unsavvy when it comes to these things and also- I can't even access my system, thusly the above information is all I have.

Besides the fact restarting itself, restarting in safemode/ safemode with networking or trying to go 'back in time' to the computer's 'last workable date'...doesn't work.


I did install a -terribly- cheap digital camera a day before these symptoms occured, but after talking to Dell and Comcast ( Both whom won't help me unless I pay out the nose ) think it might be a virus issue.
