• Double-click SystemLook.exe to run it.
• Vista users:: Right click on SystemLook.exe, click Run As Administrator

Yup

Let me ask some other experts, what they think about it.
What is puzzling to me, is the fact, that the very same file in recycle bin and on your desktop has different MD5 numbers, like something is recreating it.
Possible infection, but as I said, I'll ask.

I assume, it's rather illegal download of a copyrighted material?

Correct. Hence my want to get rid of the darn thing! Thank you for your help. I'll wait for your reply.

Next advice (credit goes to JSntgRvr):

Have the user open a command prompt with an administrative elevation and attempt these (Copy and paste) commands (quotation marks included):

rd /s /q C:\$RECYCLE.BIN
rd /s /q "C:\Users\Mal\Desktop\The Sims 3 - Razor1911 Final MAXSPEED"

Go Start and in "Start search" type in:
cmd
Hold CTRL and SHIFT, press Enter.

Another expert turned my attention to an extra space, which somehow was inserted in my OTM code, so before you try that command prompt commands, please retry OTM with correct code. I'm juts curious, if that was the reason, OTM didn't work.
