Dr Watson Postmortem Debugger Error

OS: XP
Hi, I've been having trouble with this on startup. I receive an error saying "DrWatson Postmortem Debugger has encountered an error and needs to close". When I hit send or don't send, my computer freezes. I can only run my computer on safe mode at this point....please help.

Edit: Attached is a MBAM log....I was infected! Going to do AVAST! virus scan now.
