Do they have AdAware and/or Spybot S & D? Both of these have free versions that can be used to remove adware and spyware. I see indications in the HJT log of a few. Try those programs and we can go from there.
Links to get AdAware and Spybot S & D ... http://www.lavasoft.com/ (On the left hand side, go to "Resources" then click Download for the free version.) http://www.spybot.info/en/download/index.html Again, after you have downloaded and installed the free versions, make sure you do the update for the definitions, etc. before running the programs. Run them separately, not simultaneously. Websearch, WinTools, WToolsA and TBPS are all spyware and will cause problems on their computer. Please post another HJT log after running AdAware and Spybot S & D. |
