Easy XP tweaks question

Hi, I'm not sure I completely understand tweak # 31( in the Easy XP tweaks thread).....cleaning the prefetch folder. After you copy and paste those 3 things into notepad, and save it to your desktop, or whatever, as a reminder, do you then enter each line into command prompt, and hit enter, one at a time? Sorry for what might sound like a stupid question, and thanks in advance ! Jim
