Facebook IM being treated as a pop up by McAfee?

New Member Posts: 1 OS: windows vista	I have McAfee Virus scan enterprise 8.7.0i, on windows Vista, just recently installed it. When I receive an IM from facebook chat, it locks my typing on any other window I have open, for example if I am typing something in the google search bar. I cannot type unless I return to the facebook chat IM window. This just started happening, does the same thing on another laptop which has the same virus scan which causes me to believe this is what is causing this very annoying problem. Any idea on how to fix this? Thanks much.

Global Moderator Posts: 5,951 From: dallas, tx OS: Windows Vista x64	since you have enterprise edition, I am asuming this is a work laptop. I can only suggest that you check the add in within your browser.
