Hi everyone,

I recently installed critical updates from the microsoft website and after installing them all, I get this blue screen of death upon restarting the computer (this is my girlfriends computer).

This is the error that I am receiving:

CODE
STOP:  c000021A {Fatal system error}

The windows Logon Process System process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000018 (0x00000000 0x00000000)

The system has been shut down

I cannot login to windows whatsoever to do a system restore (even in safe mode).....does anyone know how to troubleshoot this, or can inform me on what happened?
