Hello,

I have an hp pavilion dv6000 laptop running windows xp pro. I am using firefox version 3.0.10. When I go on the yahoo page and click on the various news links or featured links, some of them do not open (usually the featured news). it seems like its loading for 1/2 a sec really quickly but does not open anything (it almost looks like an extremely quick refresh). My youtube videos get an "An error occured. Please try again later" error but if I go back and click it again (or give it a few tries), it works. I have run a virus scan and deleted whatever it has found. This is driving me nuts because I use the yahoo page a lot and its the one page that doesn't open links. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I suggest that you start a new topic in the Malware Removal and Spyware Removal area.

Before you start a new topic click on this link --> Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide, Please read before starting a new topic. This will give you a few preparations to make, as well as instruction for posting your OTListIt2 log.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
