I suppose the main problem i am having is the amount of programs running in the background
like when i go to the task manager there are arount 50 things running, also im afraid that my

First look at the log show no bad guys popping out, so lets clean up a bit.
Consider removing:
Ad-Aware
Spyware Doctor
As long as you have the complete and up-to-date F-Secure package.

Next:
[*] Click START then RUN
[*] Now type Combofix /u in the runbox and click OK

[*] When shown the disclaimer, Select "2"[/list]
The above procedure will:

• Delete the following:
  • ComboFix and its associated files and folders.
  • VundoFix backups, if present
  • The C:\Deckard folder, if present
  • The C:_OtMoveIt folder, if present
• Reset the clock settings.
• Hide file extensions, if required.
• Hide System/Hidden files, if required.
• Reset System Restore.

Download if you do not have this neat cleanup utility:
Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.
This program is for XP and Windows 2000 onlyDouble-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
If you use Firefox browserClick Firefox at the top and choose: Select All

Click the Empty Selected button.

Post a new uninstall list, and take a look through it yourself (along with me):
Open HijackThis, click Config, click Misc Tools
Click "Open Uninstall Manager"
Click "Save List" (generates uninstall_list.txt)
Click Save, copy and paste the results in your next post.

I cant believe I forgot this but I dont have a working f-secure,
It cant update its definitions and runs but doesn't do anything.
I dont know how i could have left out such an important thing
