Hi there,
i've been having some problems on my pc recently.... all of a sudden, every day a new problem was showing up, typically a software not running anymore (photoshop, quicktime, nero, etc) and as soon as i solved the problem by reinstalling it, a new trouble would show up..

Thinking it could be some kind of malware, I followed your preliminary instructions:

1) cleaned all junk by CCLeaner
2) created system restore point
3) created backup of registry with Erunt
4) scanned with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
5) full scan with my AVAST antivirus, which found some apparently malicious files, which i cancelled. Unfortunately i cannot find the report file anymore.
6) HijackThis scan (in safe mode)

The system seems to run a little smoothier now but i havent been able to test all the programs yet.

i copy down here the Malwarebytes' and HijackThis logs, just in case you might see something still wrong.

thanks a lot for your attention,

Isabella
