Ok, now whenever i try to view a video file on windows media player, my computer crashes and i get the blue screen of death.
The error message says something about a file called "s3ssav", which I think is to do with my graphics, and is probably a dll file. This problem is on my laptop, which is a IBM T23 model. Please can someone help me !!!! I'm a bit worried that if this keeps happening i might not be able to boot up, and my computer has alot of important work files. |

s3ssav can be part of a Toshiba file or S3 graphics.
This behaviour usually means the file is corrupt so you are best downloading new drivers from IBM for your laptop. |
