OS: Windows XP Pro



my computer is actin a fool and I dont know whats wrong, i've virus scanned, ran every kinda scan there is and cleaned off everything - i think its got reg. probs and media player wont run and i cant install media player 9, 10, or 11 says newer vers aleady installed.... Im tearin my hair out!!!

Is that the only problem, the media player?
If not, list as many as you know.

For the media player, uninstall it and reinstall it from window update-custom scan.

What scans have you run?
Have you run any cleaners or registry cleaners?
