OS: windows vista

it all started with my facebook being shut down for suspicious activity, my account was sending random comments to people sending them to a link...this made me worry so i done a virus scan using avg, and it detected 72 tracking cokokies on my computer...

a few examples of these cookies are:

yieldmanager
adyieldmanager
247mediaadviva
adrevolver
tribalfusion
pointroll

and the list goes on..

i posted my problem to a different site and they suggested i have a serious spyware problem and encouraged me to download true sword and carry out a scan..i done this n it brought up that i have a medium threat malicious program on the computer but i clicked sumthing and made this disappear...

my computer is sooo slow, its freezes alot, i have to click things more than once, this then leads to 5 or 6 of the same window opening, whilst on the internet new tabs keep opening even tho i dont click nufin and keeps redirecting me to random pages...

any chance of you helping me sort this out once and for all please...

my system is windows vista..
