Help with the Colour display

Ok im am trying to run this 1 game and everytime i do i get can not support 16 bit depth. Ok so it tells me to switch it to 32 bits depth. When i go to the display settings it says im on muiliple monitors with 16 bits. Now when ever i try to change it to defualt monitor with 32 bits it keeps on going back to multiple monitors with 16 bits please help! I am for sure that my laptop can run 32 bits because it has ran it before but just recently when i turned off my computer it went to 16 bits.

PLEASE HELP
