If you ran it once then that is all you needed to run it.
I was just asking because you could not load the antivirus sites.
Are you having trouble with more sites?

Try the below if you cannot do them then update Norton and let it run a full scan and clean\quarantine what it finds.

See now if you can run the Kaspersky scan please. (It will only work with Internet Explorer)

There will be no log to save so let it clean what it finds.

• Please go HERE to run the Trend Micro™ HouseCall Scan.
• Click Scan now. It's free!
• Read and put a Check next to Yes I accept the terms of use.
• Click the Launching HouseCall>> button.
• Under Using Java-based HouseCall kernel click the Starting HouseCall>> button.
• You may receive a Security Warning about the TrendMicro Java applet, click YES.
• Under Scan complete computer for malware, grayware, and vulnerabilities click the Next>> button.
• Please be patient while it installs, updates, and scans your system.
• Once the scan is complete, it will take you to the summary page.
• Under Cleanup options, choose clean all detected infections automatically.
• Click the Clean now>> button.
• If anything was found you may be prompted to run the scan again, you can just close the browser window.

After that you can go to Start >run type in this Combofix /u space included.
Then delete any other tools that I had you use.
Empty your recycle bin.

After that please update your Java:
Older versions have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system. Please follow these steps to remove older version of Java components and upgrade the application. Beware it is NOT supported for use in 9x or ME and probably will not install in those systems

Ugrading Java:

• Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 update 3.
• Choose Free Java Download
• Close any programs you may have running and follow the prompts.

After that

• Go to Start > Control Panel, double-click on Add/Remove programs and remove all older versions of Java.
• Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
• Click the Remove or Change/Remove button.
• Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java version.
• Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.
