Hi, my PC has just been infected by a very pesky virus which apparently is trying to send out emails.

I have Norton Anti-Virus and a pop-up box saying "One Click Support" is appearing every few seconds, making it impossible for me to work from my PC.

It has this message: "Your email to [email of recipient] with the subject [email subject] was unable to be sent..." (1003,9) with a Norton 2009 product installed.

This message indicates that an email that was sent from your computer was rejected by the email server to which it was sent.

I would greatly appreciate any help as I am in the process of applying for jobs and this is making it near-impossible to do so.sad.gif
