Help my computer keeps blinking

OS: Windows 98



Hello, I don't know whats wrong with my computer. When I go on the internet and websites the banners and pics and other stuff blink really fast. And when I type it blinks also. What is going on?

That's a tough one. Have you made any changes lately? I know that some monitors will go into a blinking mode with some background colors in the 16 color display setting, you might try another monitor or other display settings. Right click on an empty part of the desktop and choose Properties, Settings to check them.
