Help!, Computer Won't Come on

New Member Posts: 3 OS: Windows 98	Can you please, please help me. i have just received a computer that was "broke". When i put the pc on all the lights and fans work but the screen is blank. i have replaced the screen but still nothing won't come up. the floppy drive won't work but the CD drive will. how do i get this computer working?
