How do I Post Pictures and Text ONTO the Internet

Hello

Im trying to copy pictuers and text from MY DOCUMENTS onto a bullitan board but evertime I copy the paste option does not highlight. What am I doing wrong.

Please can someone give me step by step guide.

most internet sites that allow picture uploads..have an upload button...you can't just copy and paste it to a web page that's already online
