I have Avast and it is running but somehow my daughter must have downloaded a game or two and let in a virus, along with this crazy Spyware Guard 2008 that keeps popping up. I cant stay on the internet very long to search for how to remove these things before Avast pops up and says there is a virus in my memory and it needs to shut everything down and reboot and scan. I have already locked about 40 trojans in a chest--they keep multiplying and I am doing the best I can without knowing too much about computers. Alot of the trojans are in dll files and my brother says thats not good? Is there a free download I can get to take away Spyware Guard 2008? I tried searching for it manually so that I could delete it but after seeing 50,000 files found I opted out of that! Also, when is Avast going to finally find the last virus? I hope there is a halfway easy solution, or at least one that I will understand. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer!
