How to Unsubscribe from email notification

To unsubscribe from a topic:
1. Click this link: View Topic Subscriptions

2. Tick the checkbox next to any/all topics you wish to unsubscribe from. Scroll to the bottom of the page, unsubscribe will be preselected in the drop-down box. Click the with selected button.

To unsubscribe from a forum:
