I have a ATI All-In-Wonder 9600 Series graphics card, how do I overclock it? I've done a little research via google but the main tool I've read about is ATI Tool, and when I use it to find my max core my computer screen goes black and I have to hard boot it. Any help please?

The fact you have to reboot the computer after playing with this tool means it should be telling you something. Not all graphics cards are overclockable. You have an old graphics card now, overclocking what is effectively an obsolete beast isn't going to increase the performance of it to any great degree. If it's increased performance in games you want a replacement card would be a better solution.
